Coles Castings is pleased to say that we have been involved with the Dorset Fingerpost Project for several years now. The Fingerpost Project was one of our first major heritage restoration projects, the project has involved the refurbishment and replacement of several traditional signs around the County of Dorset.
Here at the foundry, we cast replacement tops, roundels and letters in a range of finishes. All the castings are cast in aluminium in keeping with the materials that were originally used when the signage was put in by the highways department.
